OCT 22nd, 2000. Time: 14h20pm. Time: 15 minutes. In downtown Curitiba three people observed two round silver shiny UFOs flying fast at an altitude of 10km and going towards the South region “near Santa Cândida”. The UFOs made no noise and left no condensation trails. There were no video recordings or photographs registered. The visibility conditions were good at the time of sighting.

NOV 5th, 2000. Time: 01h05 am. For the second time in one night, members of the same family – in Juvevê, a district of Curitiba, State of Paraná – called the Air Force to report the sighting of two (2) unidentified flying objects zigzagging very close to the buildings in front of their apartment. The UFOs, as described in the previous report [ARX.0.0.586] were shaped as luminous dots and yellowish white in color and this time one of them was emmiting sparks. The UFOs flew at low speed and at very low altitude, “below buildings”. The objects performed erratic movements and zigzags.

In the observations of this second report to COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command], the lady “reported almost the same data as in the previous report, except for some details, such as, for example, that one of the objects emitted sparks. Later, Mrs. [. ..] called again saying that Aeronautics were not giving any attention to these cases and that tomorrow it would contact the local newspaper “Gazeta do Povo” to report her history. “

NOV 5th, 2000. Time: 00:05. Duration: 15 minutes. In Juvevê, a district of Curitiba, State of Paraná, six (6) people saw two (2) unidentified flying objects in the form of luminous dots and yellowish white color, flying at a slow speed and at a very low altitude, “below the buildings’ “. The UFOs were making erratic movements and zigzags.

The report to COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command] was given during the sighting, as the information shows below:

“The observation was underway at the time of the communication. […] she reported that the objects looked like they were” dancing “and one of them descended below the buildings, getting to be confused with the lights of those. NOV 11th, 2000. Time: 8:00 pm. Duration: 15 minutes. At the Santa Cruz Air Base, in the city of Rio de Janeiro-RJ, two witnesses spotted an unidentified flying object in the form of a “white point of light” at a slow speed, and at a low altitude of about 1,500 meters. The UFO was moving in the North/South direction. The visibility conditions during the sighting were described as “green”, i.e., reasonable, with an approximate range of 2,000ft according to the information of one of the military witnesses of the UFO event.

The COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command] report also contains the following information: “The object referred to was seen over the DPV-SC [Santa Cruz Flight Protection Department] building, and according to SD […] this is not the first time it has happened. “

NOV 20th, 2000. Time: 11am. Duration: 4 hours. In Porecatu, State of Paraná, six people spotted a shining silver-colored transparent bubble that remained stationary for about 4 hours above the northern sector of the city. The witnesses reported that they filmed the unknown object that was sighted under good visibility conditions, but these videos were not made available with this case.

The COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command] report provides two further information about the occurrence that clarify the case:

NOV 28th, 2000. Time: 17h40pm. In the city of Igarapava, State of São Paulo, a witness (who asked for discretion) made a brief report to COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command] about his experience with UFO phenomena during eight (8) years. According to the witness, in this period he not only spotted unidentified flying objects, but also claimed to have had “close encounters” during the phenomena. The features of the UFOs described by this witness in the COMDABRA’s report depicted the UFOs in “various ways”, but specifying some shapes like the “cigar” shape and also the “spoon” shape UFOs. The witness also claimed to have filmed and photographed the UFO phenomena, but these files were not made available with this declassified report.

Additional observations in the COMDABRA’s report on this case: “He reported that there was a long history, approximately eight years, several sightings and forms of contact. He has photos and film. He has already contacted some “researchers” and “organs of the genre” and not found the necessary receptivity or sincerity or answers. Obs .: He made it clear he does not want a fuss or his name involved in public. “

DEC 12th, 2001. Time: 8:40 pm. Duration: 20 minutes. Two witnesses in Bairro Alto, Curitiba, State of Paraná, spotted an unidentified flying object shaped like a “horizontal yellow line”, of size “slightly larger than a star” from the perspective of witnesses’ observation. According to the report, the UFO remained stationary in the eastern sector of Curitiba and it was notably different: “The object stood out from the stars because it was more horizontal,” said one witness.

JAN 3rd, 2001. Time: 9:30 pm. Duration: about 10 minutes. In Montes Claros, State of Minas Gerais, four witnesses observed several unidentified flying objects at an estimated altitude of 2,000 meters. The UFOs looked like red stars and were very close to each other, going down to the ground in vertical motion until they got close to the head 12 of the airstrip, in the northwest sector [of the Airport]. The objects remained stationary most of the time, but when they moved away, they did it at a high speed.

JAN 7th, 2001. Time: 6:30 pm. Duration: 5 to 10 minutes. Under good visibility conditions, an unidentified flying object was sighted over the city of Iguarapava, State of São Paulo, by two witnesses. They reported a round orange UFO that was “bigger than an airplane” and it was approximately 20km from the observation point, going from North to Southwest.

JAN 17th, 2001. Time: 9:00 pm. Duration: 2 nights in a row. A witness residing in Guará I, Distrito Federal, spotted a large, unidentified flying object in the shape of a balloon emitting several strong colors. According to the witness’s account, the UFO was stationary and remained this way most of the time. The sighting took place two nights in a row in Guará I. The UFO was seen with the naked eye in good visibility, and no condensation trails were observed.
