APRIL 23rd, 2000. Time: 10:43 pm. Duration: 30 minutes. In the city of São José dos Pinhais, State of Paraná, on a clear night with good visibility, a witness observed an unidentified flying object, with a round shape and an orange color, alternating movement and stops before heading East fastly. There was no report of photo or video recording of the sighting.

To COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command] the witness also reported that:

“He observed the object moving towards East, and then Serra do Mar. After standing for 20 minutes, the object moved at considerable speed, then it disappeared.”

MAY 7th, 2000. Time: 11:40 pm. Duration: 10 minutes. In Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, six observers in the city center spotted six unidentified flying objects in yellow and white colors, and ellipsoid/cigar shapes. According to the witnesses, the UFOs were “the size of a Boeing”, moving “very fast” at an altitude of approximately 9,000 meters, and heading North to South without leaving any trace of condensation. There were no reports of sightings recorded in photos or videos.

“There were two apparitions, the first time two discoid objects were seen with bright light that varied from yellow to white, describing an” S “shaped trajectory. Soon after performing this maneuver very quickly, the objects gathered in rectilinear motion and disappeared.

After a few seconds, four more objects appeared, moving in a straight line in a “V” formation. During this displacement, two smaller objects moved away and approached the larger cigar-shaped object “.

MAY 13th, 2000. Time: 12:52 am. Duration: 20 minutes. A witness living in Bairro Alto in Curitiba, State of Paraná, spotted an unidentified flying object in the shape of a plate and circle, “flying saucer”, in white and yellow colors. According to the witness, the UFO was about 15 meters in size, and was at an altitude between 5 km and 8 km. The unknown object was seen moving from West to East without leaving a trail of condensation.

JUNE 6th, 2000. Time: 11:50 pm. Duration: 7 minutes. On a clear night in the center of Colombo, State of Paraná, three people observed an unidentified flying object in the shape of a “crescent moon” and orange color hovering “just above the horizon”. The UFO emitted a very clear orange light, but this light “decreased in intensity as if smoke was involved in the object”. The witness who informed the sighting to COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command] also reported having some knowledge about Ufology.

JUNE 11th, 2000. Time: 17h00 pm. Duration: 10 minutes. Two witnesses at the Polo de Cinema, in Sobradinho, Distrito Federal, observed two round metallic UFOs, flying slowly at an altitude “higher than airplanes” as one of the witnesses described. The shiny UFOs were seen in favorable visibility and climatic conditions moving towards the North direction without leaving traces of condensation. No film or photographs of the event were reported.

JULY 2nd, 2000. Time: 6:00 am. Duration: 20 seconds. On the Alexandra-Mainhos Road, when he was returning from his duty at the Caoibá Hospital, a doctor spotted an unidentified red flying object “the size of a transatlantic” similar to a “crab” with “claws” and at very high speed. The UFO passed only 400 meters from the observer when flying at a low altitude [of 300 meters] towards the western sector of Caiobá. The sighting occurred under good visibility conditions

The information provided to COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command] also shows that:

“The observer perceived the approach of a light coming from the Serra do Mar. When it got closer, the light proved to be a huge object and, for a few moments, it was stationary in a position of 90° from the observer, moving then at a very high speed towards the coast. According to the observer, the object was very large, bigger than a Boeing 747, and emitted a reddish light and from which hung claws, like those of a crab. The sighting occurred when he returned from duty at the Hospital Caiobá. “

JULY 13th, 2000. Time: 3:20 pm. Duration: 5 minutes. A witness residing in the center of the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná, reported the sighting of an unidentified flying object in the form of a “cigar” and white color. The UFO flew at a very low speed and at an altitude of 1km. The object that was sighted under good visibility conditions, moved from North to South without leaving trails of condensation or emitting any audible noise to the witness of the sighting.

JULY 30th, 2000. Time: 9:55 pm. Duration: 30 seconds. Under great conditions of visibility in the Santa Cândida district, Curitiba, State of Paraná, two people observed a triangular white UFO heading South. The unidentified flying object was spotted zigzagging at high altitude when the witnesses were observing the Moon. The UFO didn’t make any noise and left no condensation trails. There were no video records or photographs.

AUG 12th, 2000. Time: 19h15pm. Duration: 10 minutes. In the Champagnat neighborhood in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná, a witness spotted two small unidentified flying objects in the form of a white “cartridge”. According to the report, the UFOs were separated by a distance of 4,000ft between them and moved in the East / West direction at a slow speed and at an estimated altitude of 10,000ft. The sighting was made, according to the witness, under good visibility conditions, with “scattered clouds” being noted at the observation site.

OCT 22nd, 2000. Time: 16h15pm. Duration: 3 seconds. Five (5) unidentified flying objects were spotted moving in circles at a very high altitude downtown Londrina, State of Paraná. The five round blinking red UFOs had the aspect of a star and were very close to each other in their trajectory, going from East to West at varying speed. Three witnesses who observed the sighting live in the city center and saw the unknown objects with the naked eye and under good visibility conditions.
