MARCH 21st, 1996. Time: 22h40. Duration: 20 minutes. When walking on the street of his house in Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul, a man observed an unidentified flying object moving sideways at a slow speed. According to the witness, who was with two more people, the UFO was at an altitude of approximately 10km. They could tell that the object was shaped like a “small dot, varying in red, green and orange”. The sighting was done “with the naked eye”, under good conditions of visibility and without photographs taken.
