On July 10, 1968 [?] In Fortaleza-CE, the media was informed that flying saucers are descending in Serra dos Macacos, in the city of Pereiro-CE, after constant seismic shocks were reported in the region. Several people have seen strange objects approach the Serra dos Macacos. They claim that the flying saucers emit a jet of light of great intensity.
“On August 20, 1968, the city of Pereiro-CE was lit up again on Saturday night by strange objects that the local population claim to be flying saucers. The objects, similar to fireballs, appeared over the city launching strong jets of light over the houses, like car headlights, turning off and on in one direction. The objects were also seen by the local Mayor”.
