JULY 7th, 1991. Time: 9:30 pm. Duration: 30 minutes. A woman from Araçatuba, state of São Paulo, reported that she had observed, for half an hour, an unidentified flying object which seemed like a “large, multicolor center of light”, flying at low speed. The witness was unable to estimate the altitude of the UFO but said it was close. The sighting was photographed, but the photos were not shared with this file. The unknown object was observed with the naked eye and in good visibility conditions. Complementary data from COMDABRA [Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command]: “At the request of SGT […], the observer will send photos to CINDACTA I. The woman did not provide further details due to the high cost of the call, but is available to receive calls. “
