“OCCURRENCES – At 23:38Z, the ACC officer informed us that SBKP [Campinas-SP Airport] had informed him that he was seeing a bright light, to the northeast of that location. Immediately I contacted SBKP via telephone. The operator, the civilian FIOR, informed me that he saw a strong light, which was moving quickly, with no identification possible. There was a primary runway on the radar in the position indicated by Campinas (AZ 030/10 MN from SBKP), but it looked more like a meteorological formation, as it was now in the East, now in the West, varying from 34KT to 80KT, remaining so several hours. Several aircraft passed this position while this primary runway was still on, and reported nothing. The on-call officer was warned. “

“At 02:40Z, 3S O. was answered by 3S E. on extension 174 whose call asked for a plot to be checked on the radar (Brasília coverage) in the Northwest sector of Brasília, nearby. Based on this position, a certain primary chain was started, the only one in the immediate vicinity, and in possession of the open telephone line, the positions were checked: The 3S O., being at SQN 113, informed the variations of heading, altitude and speed of traffic that seconds later, I, the 3S E., compared on the radar except the altitude, which, according to him, was approximately 30,000 feet and on the radar did not contain the altimetric information. At 02: 44Z, 3S P., Technical Supervisor, was asked to make the video recording starting at 02: 52Z. On alert, Ten A. became aware soon afterwards and would be informed later if the traffic became hostile. Initially, the position was azimuth 329 distance 35 miles from the range. After 343/30 position such that the 3S Osvaldo lost sight of the fact that the traffic disappeared behind the buildings. Shortly after the VP SNC, it took off from Brasília to Manaus and, informed of the traffic by the 3S C. of the APP, accused the visual saying that it seemed to be an aircraft at approximately level 200. (Except that having passed the traffic was in the same position). The RG 810 (Galeão / Miami) passed in the sector of (3) three hours of traffic, at one (01) mile, at 03: 48Z, but nothing was seen for not having been informed, and the 3S O. informed the exact moment of that aircraft passing through the traffic. At 01:22, the traffic motive recording with permanent position and low variable speed (13, 22, 167, 200, 22, 13 Kt) was canceled. Loss of contact at 04: 36Z. Replenishment at 04: 42Z and final loss at 06: 41Z. “

“It was also observed on the SP coverage, a track with VOLEX III radar altimetry at level 807, with a speed of 0.2 Mach, varying up to 0.7 Mach, also varying in altitude up to level 504, remaining for (01:35) a hour and thirty-five minutes with the permanence of quality factor 6 in the evolution of prows on the 155 to 52 NM radial of Bauru. “

“At 22:20Z, TWR GO sent us informing that it was in VFR contact with a PVNI moving in the southeastern course approaching SBGO [Goiás Airpot], high with a medium intensity brightness of yellowish color, (there was video recording from 22:23Z, with the activation of the Ten A., on warning) After three minutes (03) the TWR of Brasília called us and they were watching a UFO, varying between radials 180 and 165 and it seemed to have a rounded shape. of the ACC to ask RG 401 that was taking off from Brasilia to do a visual search in the referred sector and nothing was seen Anápolis also saw the UFO in RD 180 approximately 10 Nm.
