Pelotas, RS, April 18, 1976.
In a letter addressed to the Ministry of Aeronautics, the president of a UFO research group in the city of Pelotas, State of Rio Grande do Sul, [Pelotense Society for Investigation and Research of Flying Saucers] reports a close encounter of a tractor driver with humans unidentified.
TRANSLATION
[…] “About, the phenomena observed at Fazenda Triângulo Azul”, in Capão do Leão, City of Pelotas, we have been there for the last 3 months, and in one of those days we could still see the repetition of the luminous phenomena. On that occasion, a tractor driver from the farm told us the following: he and another companion – on a Saturday afternoon, when they were plowing the land in a property, they saw 3 strange beings appear around the tractor, through a kind of fog, sometimes they disappeared and appeared at different points, but always close to the tractor, watching the work that was being done.
The tractor driver told us that those curious figures represented him as “a saint in a light blue dress”, although they could not observe their features and body details.
