TRANSLATION OF THE REPORT
“That night, around 9 pm, we were, as usual, two colleagues and I, talking by the sidewalk of a house on Vasco da Gama Street, which is where we lived at that time, that is, in 1954.
The night was cold, without moonlight. There was a stillness in the air that was vividly evident by the emptiness of the deserted streets, a natural fact, because, with the cold, everyone retreats earlier.
We, however, despite the cold, persisted there, next to the sidewalk, from where we could see a vast visual field, with a very starry sky.
At 1,500 meters from where we were, there is this hill ‘Morro do Passarinho’, which is bordered by the Presidente Dutra highway. Standing between us and the hill, there was a colleague’s house. So, in that glacial atmosphere, my attention was drawn to something: the reflections of lights that were outlined in various colors, outlining the contours of a large flying saucer. This, however, instead of coming towards us, stopped in the air and, spinning almost imperceptibly, it evolved over the hill for about 20 meters, and then, on a sudden move, headed towards the city of Cunha. In the meantime, before it disappeared on the slopes of the hill, I tried to show it to my colleagues Mário and Francisco.
However, due to a house I already mentioned, both saw, however, only the reflections of its light that were then extinguished on the slopes of the hill.
As can be seen from what was previously written, the procedure of the strange device, that is, the flying saucer, was very strange. However, it seems that this procedure is due to the presence of light, that is, the city lights which the flying saucer sought to avoid.
THE OBJECT FEATURES
Based on the distance and sharpness with which I saw it, it must have been about 14 meters in diameter, having in its upper part a large dome, which had a line of round windows around it, from which a mild light poured.
Notwithstanding the external colors of this light over the entire outline of the strange device, I had the distinct impression that inside the flying saucer a single yellow color with intense brightness shone. As for the metal that covered it, it had a coffee brown color.
From what I deduced, the strange device, that is, the flying saucer, headed towards Cunha-SP, as it disappeared on the slopes of the hill. However, without saying, I must add that there is a great possibility that it landed on the slopes of the hill.
Inspired by the Truth, and with God’s help, I conclude this report.
