Report from the Security Information Division [of the 2nd Air Zone Command] to the Ministry of Aeronautics.
TRANSLATION
“A few months ago, most of the population of Varginha, in the State of Minas Gerais, at approximately 19:00h had their attention drawn to an oval shaped object, predominantly silver, which not only circulated over the city but also it also hovered above certain points and districts of that city.
In Vila Mendes, on Rio de Janeiro street, the strange object remained stationary near the roof of a residence, which made one of the residents lose her senses due to the deafening noise.
Circling over the city, and observed by numerous witnesses (including doctors, traders, farmers, etc.), the luminous object went to the vicinity of COMA (Companhia Mineira de Alimentos) and the Campestre Club, from where, at a relatively low height, it emitted bright flashes (beams of light), a fact that was also witnessed.
Then it took the direction of the city of Três Corações, having remained hovering over the Army’s ESA (Sergeants of Arms School) where some militaries also witnessed the fact.”
